Important instruction for Opening of account and subsequent deposit by other Bank Cheque in Finacle

This is regarding streamlining the transactions in office accounts 0382 (For opening of account and subsequent deposit by other Bank Cheque) and 0017 (CLEARING DR. A/C. OUTWARD CLEARING). This streamlining process is to resolve the below issues 1. 0017 office account is used both for outward clearing (by system) and subsequent deposits including RD agent transactions . 2. Several offices are not following cheque clearing process properly and debits for new account are made without proper credits resulting in huge debits in office account (0382). New Procedure to be followed 1. Cheques for New account Opening and Subsequent deposits should be lodged in office account 0382 ONLY (For opening of account and subsequent deposit by other Bank Cheque); from 01/01/2019 onwards. New Norms for Withdrawal of National Pension System (NPS)

Minimum period for partial withdrawal has been reduced from 10 years to 3 years from the date of joining w.e.f. 10th August, 2017” NPS Withdrawal Norms The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has changed the norms for withdrawal of National Pension System (NPS) subscribers. Keeping in view the possibility of sudden financial needs of the subscribers, the requirement of minimum period under National Pension System (NPS) for availing the facility of partial withdrawal from the mandatory Tier-I account of the subscriber has been reduced from 10 years to 3 years from the date of joining w.e.f. 10th August, 2017. The minimum gap of 5 years between two partial withdrawals has also been removed w.e.f. 10th August, 2017. Transaction using CTM in IPPB Finacle

This post will explain how to deposit/withdraw/transfer transaction in IPPB and to familiarize screen for transaction  Command used for the above mentioned transaction is same as in DOP Finacle but the interface is quite different. CTM Following screen will appear Select the Authentication Type (1). Any one of this (Aadhaar number/QR card No/Mobile number/Customer ID) can be selected to proceed.  Enter the unique ID of the Authentication type selected and click on Fetch Customer Details (2) Details of the customer will be fetched and following screen will appear All information of the customer will get fetched and will be displayed. For proceeding further OTP should be generated and validated. Though Capture Finger Print option is available to validate, it is now disabled and is directing to proceed with OTP validation.  For this click on Generate OTP (3) Six digit OTP will be generated to the customer mobile number This has to be val
